About the role

As a Robotics Instructor at NEbots, you are the person who turns curiosity into confidence. You will run hands-on classes where students wire circuits, mount motors and code behaviours, then watch their robot move for the first time. This is a front-of-classroom role for someone who loves building as much as teaching, and who wants to help North East India's students learn by doing.

What you will do

Run weekly hands-on robotics classes for students across age groups, in schools and at our studio
Guide students through real builds: motorised bots, line-followers, obstacle-avoiders and grabber arms
Teach the logic and code that brings each build to life, in plain, encouraging language
Prepare kits and lessons before class, and keep the lab safe and organised
Run showcase and Robo Games days where students demo their work to parents
Give simple, kind feedback that keeps every child motivated to build the next thing

What we are looking for

A degree or diploma in engineering, computer science, electronics or a related field
Hands-on comfort with electronics, motors, sensors and basic programming
A genuine love for working with children and explaining ideas simply
Clear spoken English, plus a local North-East language is a strong plus
Reliability, patience and a safety-first mindset in the classroom

Nice to have

Prior teaching, tutoring or workshop-facilitation experience
Experience with Arduino, microcontrollers or block-based coding tools
Roots in or knowledge of the North East and its schools
