Site survey & layout

We visit the room, measure it, and plan benches, power points, storage and movement paths so a full class can build at the same time without queueing for a socket.

Kits chosen for classrooms

Robotics, electronics, drone and 3D printing hardware picked for durability and repairability, not for the spec sheet. Every kit has spares available locally.

Safety-first build

Tool storage, cable management, ventilation for soldering and printing, fire safety and clear age-appropriate zoning, documented and handed over in writing.

Atal Tinkering Lab support

If you are applying for or already running an ATL, we help align equipment lists, utilisation reporting and activity calendars with the guidelines.

Teacher handover

Your staff are trained on every machine in the room before students touch it, with a printed operating manual and a WhatsApp line to our engineers.

Maintenance & upgrades

Scheduled servicing, consumable restocking and a yearly review so the lab grows with your students instead of gathering dust by year two.

    You receive a layout plan, an equipment list and a costed proposal, usually within a week.

    We deliver, assemble and test everything on site, then train your teachers on each machine.

    Classes begin. We service the lab on schedule and restock consumables through the year.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

How much space do we need?

A spare classroom of roughly 150 to 200 square feet is enough for a starter lab serving a batch of 20 students. Larger tinkering labs work best at 400 square feet and up. If you have no spare room, we can build a mobile trolley setup that moves between classrooms.

What does a lab cost?

It depends entirely on scale. A mobile robotics trolley and a full tinkering room are very different projects. After the site survey you get an itemised proposal with options at three budget levels, so you can decide what to start with and what to phase in later.

Can we start small and expand later?

Yes, and most schools do. We design the room so the first phase leaves space, power and storage for what comes next, and the kits are modular so nothing you buy in year one becomes redundant in year three.

Do you support Atal Tinkering Labs?

We do. We help align your equipment list and activity calendar with ATL guidelines, and we can run the weekly sessions that keep utilisation reporting healthy.

Who maintains the equipment?

We do, under an annual maintenance contract. That covers scheduled servicing, repairs, spare parts and consumable restocking, so your teachers never have to chase a vendor.
